What a week!  I have a cold. Maggie has a cold. And our furnace died one week before the guy is coming to put in a new one!  So, I spent a night and a day in a frozen house on the coldest day of the year.  My dog, 2 cats, and I were all bundled up on the couch while I was building web sites.

Being sick, I really didn't do too much this week.  I walked a couple of times around our local Wal-Mart for about a half hour each time.  I've been living up to my New Years promises by staying away from caffeine and eating less.  That is why I think I've been losing some weight.  It surely isn't my exercise, yet!

I hope everyone had a great week and even though it is cold across the nation, let's keep on track while we're stuck inside!

Good going on the loss, Jimm.  Smile--it sounds like you froze it off!  Hope your cold is gone and your heater is delivered, SOON.

Have a great week!

Hi Jim,
Congrats on being a pound down! So sorry to hear that you and Maggie have a cold, definitely no fun. No fun being in a freezing house either! Continue to make the good food choices and exercise and everything else will fall into place.

Jimm I am praying for you right now as you are in surgery and asking the God who gave you life, to extend that precious life for many years to come.  I am praying for healing and for good health, and a second chance to live and enjoy your life.  I came after you were already gone but so many people have mentioned you through the last 2.5 years, and I feel like I know you.  God be with you in this surgery, and after and may you feel His presence in a very real and close way when you wake up, and I pray you experience His peace.

what a privilege and honor
to be able to stand together with other HS and lift you up in prayer...

At the time I didn't remember exactly who you were but now that I've seen a picture I do remember you.

Dr. Nick shared with the group what has transpired since Oct 31st...Wow!

...........what a miracle you have experienced!!

I will continue to keep you in prayer and ask that God will give you and your family the strength that it's going to take to come full circle.
