Hi fellow health stewards, Thanks to Peggy's encouragement I'll keep updating information. Now that the weather is warming up my husband and I are busy getting the garden ready for those good veggies. We just finished tilling my mother-in-law's garden with the tiller and hoe. The soil was especially compacted due to the strong winds and dry conditions we've had for a week. My husband used the tiller and I used the hoe, good exercise! Hope you all have a Blessed Memorial weekend. take care, Jane

Posted by fellow HealthSteward Mary-104 from Minnesota on May 26, 2009 I hear you! It's dry here, too--my garden has been resembling baked clay--needs a lot of breaking up to keep things growing. I hope we get some rain soon!
