Hello everyone,

This is going to be a quick update due to time, so thank you in advance for your understanding. Most of my day is spent in front of a computer screen, then I am spending a few hours each night on the computer due to school. And of course I still have family time and exercise, and etc and etc, (just like you)...So I am having to schedule more and more activities into the same 24 hours.

I have bumped up the exercise and I am now doing a 1/2 hour of treadmill followed by a 1/2 hour of stationary bike, 5 or more times a week. Thankfully, I can get up early without too much difficulty.  My weight is down to 297. So I think with exercise and with eating a lite evening meal, 2 or 3 pounds a week is an acceptable loss. I am still doing 2 or 3 shakes each day while at work. It is now 7AM and my 3 year old just wandered into the den/exercise room. He is sooooooo cute!!! I have hugs to give him, so I gotta go.

Good luck everyone...Stay focused....Talk to you soon,

Randy

Hi Randy ... Way to go on antoher 3 LBS!!! That's tremendous ... Keep up the great work.  I fully understand the whole balancing thing.  Life is so busy these days.  I'm happy you value the support here at HS though.  Have a blessed week and I'll be praying for you as you continue on this incredible journey.

this is a belated welcome Randy - I sort of lost contact around new HS 219 and then when the new site was ready I wasn't able to access a photo to get back on here today.  You are doing good m'lad!  I can see a noticeable difference in your two photos and the scales are certainly telling the story to everyone aren't they!  Keep up the good work; continue making yourself get off the computer for family and exercise time and you will be there before you know it!  Have a good week, J
